- Cell Culture Suites → Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs), CO2, Eppendorf 5810 R Refrigerated Centrifuges with adapters, Leica CM1950 Cryostats, Inverted Fluorescence Microscope, Inverted Microscope, Water Baths, cell counter, autoclaves, shaker incubators and cryogenic storage.
Capabilities: This core supports nucleic acid analysis, high-throughput assays, multiparametric cell phenotyping and sorting, sterile cell culture workflows, cryosectioning, and in vivo/biological imaging.
